Service description

mktcrew provides AI-assisted marketing operations tools. Outputs are drafts and recommendations unless you explicitly take action to publish or apply changes in a connected platform. You remain responsible for reviewing content and complying with each platform's policies and applicable law.

Accounts and billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend access for non-payment or abuse.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the product for unlawful spam, malware, or infringement. You must have rights to connect any third-party account you authorize.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.
