Data Deletion Instructions

This page describes how to remove your data from mktcrew and from connected platforms. Processing times may vary by provider.

Delete your mktcrew account

1. Sign in at the mktcrew portal.
2. Disconnect all integrations under Settings → Integrations.
3. Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request" and your organization name.
4. We will delete tenant data, user records, and integration secrets within 30 days and confirm by email.

Revoke platform access

For each connected service, revoke mktcrew in the provider's security settings (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, WordPress, etc.) in addition to disconnecting inside mktcrew. That stops future API access immediately.

Google OAuth

Visit Google Account permissions and remove mktcrew if listed.
